This week, we present you the stunning Loft 3514.

Loft 3514 is a project by Shelton Mindel & Associates, which is an architectural firm established in 1978. They provide complete architectural, interiors and product design services several kinds of clients, from corporate and cultural to residential. I found a picture of this loft when I was browsing around looking for the next house to show you guys. Since I simply love lofts and this one got my attention immediately, I decided to find more about it. Unfortunately I didn't got much information about the project, idea or concept, but as I found the firm responsible for it and some really nice pictures, I decided to show you the loft anyways. As you will be able to se here, we don't need to have details about the project to notice the beauty, elegance and the contemporary elements on it...

I'm almost in love with this loft... the huge and clean spaces, the stairs, the floor and the terrace... everything was very well planned, perfect combination. Also liked this loft? Check out this project and lots more at Shelton Mindel & Associates' website. See you next time. :)

Comic Character Inspiration: Hellboy

Hellboy is a comic book character created by writer-artist Mike Mignola. As I'm a big fan of the Hellboy comics, I decided to select several drawings and paintings done by artists and fans of the character around the world and post them here on Abduzeedo.

Hellboy is a creature summoned, in the final months of World War II by Grigori Rasputin on Tarmagant Island, off the coast of Scotland, having been commissioned by the Nazis to change the tide of war ("Project Ragna Rok"). He appears in a fireball in a ruined church in East Bromwich, England, on December 23, 1944. Proving not to be a devil, in the traditional sense, but a devil-like creature with red skin, horns, a tail, and a disproportionately large right hand made of red stone, he is dubbed "Hellboy" by Professor Trevor "Broom" Bruttenholm - Wikipedia

A demon whose true name is Anung Un Rama (the Beast of the Apocalypse), Hellboy was brought to Earth as an infant by Nazi occultists. He was discovered by the Allied Forces; amongst them, Professor Trevor Bruttenholm, who formed the United States Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (BPRD). In time Hellboy grew to be a large, red-skinned demon with a tail, horns (which he files off, leaving behind the signature circular stumps on his forehead, to make his appearance more "normal"), and an oversized right hand made of stone. He has been described as smelling of dry-roasted peanuts. Although a bit gruff, he shows none of the malevolence thought to be intrinsic to demons, and works with other strange creatures in the BPRD. This is said to be because of his upbringing under Professor Bruttenholm, who raised him as a normal boy and taught him how to behave normally. - Wikipedia
